While we are home to 78 children at any one time, over the years thousands of children between the ages of 3 to 18 years have been able to receive Love Care and Hope whilst in our care.
Each year we are faced with the challenge of balancing the budget for our children’s operating expenses as the amount we receive towards running the centre from the state by way of subsidies only covers 60% of our total costs.
Children placed with us come from all over the western area, of the Eastern Cape, not only from the Nelson Mandela Bay area, but also from Joubertina, Cradock and Grahamstown.
